The Commission Process

From first conversation to final delivery, here's what to expect when commissioning a custom piece.

Initial Consultation

Share your vision with us through the inquiry form below. Tell us about the piece you're dreaming of—the style, size, intended purpose, and any special elements you'd like incorporated. This consultation is complimentary.

Design Proposal

Based on our conversation, we'll create a detailed design proposal including preliminary sketches, material specifications, timeline, and pricing. You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions.

Creation

Once you approve the design and place a 50% deposit, work begins. We'll share progress updates with photos throughout the creation process, ensuring you're part of the journey.

Delivery

Your completed piece will be professionally photographed, carefully packaged with museum-grade materials, and shipped to you fully insured. Each custom work includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
